Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KTRNET, an operations platform operated by Workflow Prodigy ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

KTRNET is a multi-tenant operations platform for federal contractors. The Service includes the marketing website at ktrnet.com and the application surfaces that require authentication.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Customers are responsible for the actions of users they invite into their tenant.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without prior written permission, or by uploading content that violates applicable law.

4. Data & confidentiality

Customer data is treated as confidential. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and our processor obligations in the Data Processing Addendum.

5. Fees

Subscription fees are billed annually in advance per active seat unless otherwise agreed in an order form. Federal Intel PRO is a flat annual add-on.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice if the breach is not cured. We may suspend access for non-payment or for activity that endangers the Service or other customers.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of Workflow Prodigy, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
